At the intersection of engineering and music, Yale students hit the right notes

Yale students design their own instruments in the CEID's newest class Musical Acoustics & Instrument Design.

Co-taught by Konrad Kaczmarek and Larry Wilen the class combines elements of engineering, innovation, music, and art to provide an uniquely hands on experience. Almost all of the coursework revolves exclusively around the design and creation of musical instruments.
